1. Direct adult supervision is required to prevent injury.

2. Riding a motorized ride-on toy can be dangerous activity, even under the best of circumstances.

3. The ride on cars are intended to move and therefore it is possible for the rider to lose control, fall off and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction or expertise can eliminate.

Agree to indemnify and hold MINI-ME MOTOR CLUB harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, obligations, costs, damages, and/or expenses whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any and all attorneys' fees, costs, damages and/or judgments directly or indirectly arising out of, or relating to my conduct, including, but not limited to, any acts or omissions while participating in any activities provided by MINI-ME MOTOR CLUB

I authorize MINI-ME MOTOR CLUB, and its successors to capture my image, likeness and sounds in photographs, videotapes, recordings or other forms of media. I acknowledge that MINI-ME MOTOR CLUB will own such Images and grant permission, without compensation to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify and print such Images in any lawful manner. I hereby give my consent to use my photographs according to the Terms & Conditions.*
